Support Donations

• We only allow users who are residents of India to donate money to other Devfolio users and their projects.
• Unless specified otherwise, all projects are run by individuals, and none shall count towards deductions under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
• Our refund policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14) days have passed since your donation to another Devfolio user has been made, we shall not be able to offer you a refund.
• Donations cannot be refunded except in case of credit card fraud or duplicate transactions.
• Please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of such transaction to request a refund.
• Upon receipt of such report, our team shall investigate the same, take the necessary action and process your refund, which you shall receive within 3-5 days.

Late refunds (if applicable)

• In case you don’t receive the same within aforesaid time period, check your bank account statement online again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
