The problem Grid Finance solves

Currently, in the web3 ecosystem, organizations use multiple products/ applications for their operational needs (contributor management, payrolls, community, etc) This creates a major hassle for the contributors who work for multiple organizations. Using 10-15 applications daily is a mess.

We at grid want to standardize these processes and make it easier for organizations and contributors to work together. Through our MVP - a LinkedIn for web3, we want to create a 2-way working channel and profiling for organizations and contributors.
